Just a quick update of a few things going on in Amano-land! First off, there are new images up for all your tubers out there. Click on my “CILM” link on the right and check em out. There’s a copy Halloween ones in there for good measure!

Next, I’ve got a special going on for my Deviant Art gangsters! What is it you say? Well you are going to have to A.) Sign up and become a Deviant Artist (don’t need to draw but you do need to appreciate art) B.) Read my latest blog entry there. See simple? Even an art monkey can do it (I know “I” have tried).

I’ll be in Texas the first week of November for Wizard World. I’ll be posting more about this in detail once the time gets closer. woot!

Summer comes to a close. We loved you Summer! It was great while it lasted. But Autumn is here now and she’s a sexy red/orange haired maiden who doesn’t seem to mind the how nippy it is outside. Nippy! Yeah I said it.

It’s July 5th.

…and I’m happy to report that the earth is safe and free of alien invasion.

Yeah, I wasn’t really worried. Really! Anywho, I’ve been flying under the radar as of late (stealth mode if you will). I apologize for that.

Nothing new on the homefront, been working on commission work mostly. I hope to be able to make some posts up on my DeviantArt site… so keep and eye out for that.

In other news, I’ve been spreading the word about the Sticker Contest I’m hosting. You’ll have to check out my “Contest” section for more details. The gran prize is an original Amano pinup illustration of your choice!

Hey Intrawebbrz! Lets get the news outta the way here… I will be hitting the artist alley for the New York City Comic Con next weekend (Fri-Sun: April 18-20th). If sobriety allows it I will be doing sketches and selling all sorts of various and assorted goodies. So make sure you stop on by and check et out!Guess what? Hola Intrawebbers!!

Amano here. This week my update is being made not from my secure underground stronghold in the Pacific Northwest but from the tropical, bikini clad beach-going, pina colada flowing, southeast corner of the US called South Florida. Miami baby!

Hey I wanna remind everyone about Mega*Con going on next weekend. Yours truly will be there sharing some space with pinup master Joe Pekar. Its possible that table 17 in the white section of the con might be the sexiest table there (don’t quote me on that), hehe. In any case if you aren’t doing anything and are in the Orlando area… swing on by and say “hi”!

Happy Valentine’s Day Cyberspace!

I know you are prolly all tired of hearing about it all day, hehe. I’m a big fan of the holiday… in fact I think everyday should have one because every day your alive is a good day. This one in particular celebrates “love”… I like love… in fact its pretty awesome to be loved… why not celebrate it? PLUS, add chocolates, corny V-day cards, delicious restaurant eatings, hot sticky sexxrs and rum flavored edible undies (not in that particular order)?

Why were we pouting about? I can’t remember. *continues to nibble on edible undergarment* Oh right, I’ve been flying under the radar lately cuz I’ve been a busy little monkey drawing away to get my calander done for next month. Here’s a preview:

I hear from my manager that there will actually be spots in there that will help you keep track of what month it is… even the day of the week!! Fcukin brilliant things they are doing nowadays with that techmology! There will of course be all the fine boobies and legs you all have come to know and love. I will post ordering info and what not once it gets closer to being done. So stay tuned! ^_^

Also big news, CILM is having an anniversery celebration all day tomorrow! So even if you aren’t tagger, stop by their Yahoo forum tomorrow (Friday 15th) to say hey and to hang with some cool peeps. I’ll be there off and on during the day to make emoticons and give you sexual advice and answer any questions about what kind of rum you will need for your next big dinner. I haven’t heard whether the strippers will be there… but rumors say there might be erotic cakes there! Zomg! ^_^

Hey cyber monkeys!

I wanna let everyone know my shop is *finally* functional. Just click on the “shop” link on the right hand side of the page. I am sorry to say that we are all sold out on Wii Systems and 1Liter bottles of Amano Spiced Rum(tm)… but feel free to check out the prints and sketchbooks I have up for sale.

Welcome to the brand new look of my website!

I know its been a long time coming but I hope it was worth the wait. This the official source for all new artwork, merchandise and appearances Amano related. Hey its 2008 and what better way to start the new year but with a brand new look!
