Hey all you New Yorkers!!!

I’ve been in NYC for the last couple days and its all true there is no other city in the world like this one. You have all sides of the social, religious and cultural spectrum all mixed into one magnificent beast! My next blog post will recap my adventure on here on the East Coast…. so stay tuned!!!

So the big news!! This weekend October 8, 9, 10th, 2010 at the Javitz Center in downtown Manhattan is the 3rd annual New York Comic Con!!! I will be setting up camp in Artist Alley table M-14 (or just follow the half naked wimminz and barrels of rum there). I will be doing art commissions, selling prints, sketchbooks and more (VISA/Mastercard as well as spiced rum will be accepted)! I will also have an exclusive pinup for this show:

I’m excited to be back this year after a very long wait! This show will be the biggest ever on this coast so if you are in the area… CHECK IT OUT! Get your nerd on, then get your drink on! Hope to see everyone there!

Jet City Comic Show 2010!

Hey fellow art monkeys!

So I’ve got some exciting news, this weekend in Seattle is the Jet City Comic Show. Its one day only, September 25th at the Seattle Center! I’m excited because its a show showcasing the local talents we have here in the Pacific Northwest. YES! We have more than coffee, metal birds and crappy Operating Systems, lol. I’ll be heading up the pinup revolution… selling prints, signing boobs and drinking rum. I know life is tough. I’ll have an exclusive print for sale:

As you all have heard by now, this is September is my last month licensing my artwork at CILM! It was a great run but its time for me to move on. Not to worry to my tagger followers Amano will be back with bigger and better things for you to play with, so STAY TUNED!!

SDCC2010 Pinup Special this weekend only!

Greetings my fellow rum monkeys!

Where the hell is everyone??! OH! I see all my peeps are making tracks over to the big San Diego Comic Con! I love this show its truly the most epic gathering of all nerdkind on the west coast, I dare say North America! I’m sad to say that I won’t be there to bring my Amano-style drunken debauchery this year. Instead I’ll be working hard in my secret studio miles under sea level plugging away at a few items I want to have ready for the Jet City ComicCon and big New York City ComicCon a few months away.

I want to take this time to open up 5 spaces for what I like to call my “I wish I was at SDCC but didn’t have enough money for cab fare Pinup Special”… ok, how about we shorten it to “SDCC Pinup Special”? Perfect!

This special is up for grabs to the first 5 people to order or midnight on Sunday July 25th, 2010! You get an 11×14″ fully inked lineart drawing on Bristol and 11×17″ full color print of your completed illustration. All signed by yours truly! This special is for a single figure illustration only! No backgrounds or complex objects (I want to be able to accommodate the fab five in a timely fashion so I’m trying to keep it simple).  Shipping and Handling is free (cuz that’s how much I love you! lolz).
